the hotel was super clean and very well looked after! check-in was smooth and the location provided a quiet night. the room had everything i needed and it was warm. parking was easy and the area felt secure.

I had a bath in my room that did not have a plug. Thus, i could not use it. i found that the bath tap did not work. the shower pipes leaked everywhere, so the bathroom was unusable. no soap was provided with the sink either.

the room had a tv with multiple channels and provided complimentary tea and coffee. blackout curtains ensured minimal light. i also noticed there was an ironing board and iron available for my use.

the reception staff was available 24/7. the check-in process was efficient and the staff answered all my questions. i saw them assist another guest with directions and luggage handling as well.

the room was clean. the staff, especially rony, were helpful. rony assisted me when i mentioned the room felt hot. he tried to make things more comfortable.

the room felt a bit warm, and a fan would have improved my stay.

The receptionist was attentive. he helped me with luggage and room information. i found his assistance to be prompt and very helpful. It added a positive dimension to my visit, which i greatly appreciated.
