long water waitunhelpful staff

the hot water took too long to come on. this wasted a lot of water. the wifi required a separate login screen that didn't always appear. noise from the hallway woke me up at night. the staff were overly eager with greetings but less helpful when i needed a quick phone call made outside the hotel.

the staff provided excellent service. they helped me find a laundry service and even assisted with drop-off and pick-up. my flights were cancelled and the staff was very helpful with extending my stay.

The room furniture seemed a bit dated. it didn't affect the overall comfort, however. the pool was really small. The pictures made it look bigger. there were only a couple of lounge chairs.

i found the location quite convenient. it was relatively near the bts national stadium. the room included a marshall speaker, my husband appreciated it.

the wooden doors seemed quite old to me. the showerhead was dirty, i didn't like it. the furniture did not look that modern.
