the location was great, it was close to many restaurants. staff were helpful. i used the self-serve luggage hold at the end of my stay, it was handy.

the room is very small. it is a basic room, it was warm but for the cost i was hoping for more living space. there was no table for clothes.

the location is perfect i could easily walk to many of the best restaurants in the city the rooms were super quiet. the hotel had all the facilities you could need i appreciated the handy self-serve luggage hold at the end of my stay and the option for a late check-out.

i was very dissatisfied with the room they initially put me in it was a room on the third floor that felt awful it had a tiny window i had to strain to see outside plus the bed was a little soft and they only provided large square pillows which weren't comfortable for sleeping. the coffee maker was a pod system i had never heard of and the coffee was very weak i think they should provide a nespresso machine instead.

the staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating. i felt they were great too ensure a pleasant experience.. the room was clean and well kept, with good amenities. i particularly appreciated the lockers available for storing luggage after check-out, allowing me to explore without burden.

the hotel lacked parking spaces directly on the premises. this absence required some planning for parking, a minor inconvenience .

I was, however, dissatisfied with the room size. It felt quite small. There was also no desk or closet for clothes. Plus, there was mold in the corners of the shower.

The room was smaller than I expected for the price. I found the limited living space disappointing. Breakfast cost extra and wasn't worth it. Many items ran out early. The room had no table or closet for clothes. The shower was dirty.
