the staff was helpful and responsive, acceptable.

The hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. This was really unpleasant. as a non-smoker, this made walking to and from my room quite annoying. additionally, the air conditioning was inadequate. The room never cooled down enough, and i ended up sweating through the night.
