Satisfactory stay with some drawbacks

spacious room balcony views good breakfast leaking showerhead slow water ac problem

the room was spacious. the views from the balcony overlooked table mountain. breakfast had a good selection. i also appreciated the special cake that the hotel left in the room because it was my anniversary.

hot water took ten minutes to get warm. the shower head leaked at the joints. the air conditioning did not regulate the temperature well, i only heard the fan.

The location was GREAT! I could easily reach restaurants and the beach. The room was spacious and clean. On-site parking was included, VERY convenient.

The air conditioning did not work. The television was also faulty. The wifi was unreliable .

wonderful stay with amazing views

spacious room ocean view table mountain helpful staff

I had a spacious room . it included everything i needed for a comfortable experience. the ocean view with table mountain was great. I enjoyed it a lot. the breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff were very helpful and polite .

The soundproofing wasn't perfect. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

the room had a king bed and two bedside tables with lamps. a desk was available with a chair and a tv was mounted on the wall. i also found a wardrobe with hangers and shelves available.

the hotel has an outdoor pool with several lounge chairs available for relaxation. there is also a restaurant on-site that offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. secure underground parking exists , which i valued a lot.
