broken hairdryer slow breakfast
I expected more from this inn. The room was tidy, but I encountered a broken hairdryer. i told them about it, but nothing happened. i found the breakfast service slow. It took a LONG time to get my order.

Wonderful stay by the lake!

Checking in was very easy, and the staff member at the desk was friendly and helpful. The room included a kitchenette which was GREAT. I will return in the future. The walk around Ben Cruachan is AMAZING!!!
The lack of a refrigerator in the room was a minor inconvenience. I feel that a fridge would have enhanced the room.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They offered assistance with directions and recommendations. They were quick to respond to requests and provided really good customer service. I noted that the staff always smiled and was to enjoy their work.

The surrounding area features fine views of the loch and mountains, with a picturesque setting for relaxation. St Conan's Kirk and Kilchurn Castle are easily accessible for short day trips. Plenty of parking spaces are available .
