Acceptable stay.

friendly staffgood breakfastdirty toiletbland food
I appreciated the friendly and efficient staff. The bar and restaurant were quite nice for meeting friends. I found the evening menu offered a good choice. Breakfast was good with excellent service.
My room was quite hot, but the window could only be opened a small amount. The toilets at the leisure center were not very clean. I found some of the food bland, and the chips were almost raw.

Mixed Experience with Maintenance and Event Issues

unattended maintenanceunruly guests
several maintenance requests were not addressed. I reported issues with the lack of hot water. A promised repair never occurred. An event caused significant disturbances during the night with excessive noise and unruly behavior from other guests. Despite staff apologies, the situation was not adequately managed.
