Spacious Rooms and Great Service

I stayed in a Classic Family Room and it was very spacious, which gave the kids plenty of room to run around. The hotel is also close to a wildlife park, that the kids really enjoyed. All of the staff were cute. Everyone offered a hello and a smile. Breakfast had lots of options (I especially liked the pastries!).

The only minor issue was that I did not know that a fridge for the room was possible when staying for a longer period.

The parking was convenient and easy to access, such a relief! Breakfast was also a highlight. It offered excellent value and a wide variety of choices. I loved the range of food options available throughout the day. The facility was clean and well-kept, it added to the positive experience.

The stay felt a bit basic, I must admit. I noticed some items had been taken from our bags while we were out of the room, that was concerning. I contacted receptionists and sent an email, but I have not received a response yet. The lack of communication is disappointing.
