Spacious Rooms and Great Service

spacious room helpful staff breakfast selection cute service

I stayed in a Classic Family Room and it was very spacious, which gave the kids plenty of room to run around. The hotel is also close to a wildlife park, that the kids really enjoyed. All of the staff were cute. Everyone offered a hello and a smile. Breakfast had lots of options (I especially liked the pastries!).

The only minor issue was that I did not know that a fridge for the room was possible when staying for a longer period.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, ready to assist guests with their needs. The reception staff were efficient at check-in and check-out. I also found them quick to respond to requests. The staff provided directions to local attractions.

the staff was very helpful. the location was a convenient walk to the town centre. breakfast and dinner choices were great. the bedroom was spacious and included all necessary amenities, though the bathroom doors offered limited privacy.

Reception staff were excellent upon both arrival and departure, being efficient and polite. I found the staff to be friendly in all areas, always making me feel welcome. They were attentive to all customers.

The parking was convenient and easy to access, such a relief! Breakfast was also a highlight. It offered excellent value and a wide variety of choices. I loved the range of food options available throughout the day. The facility was clean and well kept, it added to the positive experience.

The stay felt a bit basic, I must admit. I noticed some items had been taken from our bags while we were out of the room, that was concerning. I contacted receptionists and sent an email, but I have not received a response yet. The lack of communication is disappointing.
