my room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. free bicycles were available for rent. scooter rentals were also available with free parking, very convenient. ella was amazingly kind and helpful, and i really appreciated her assistance!!!

I found a slight lack of soundproofing. Noises from outside and early morning activity were occasionally audible.

The staff provided airport pickup assistance. This was helpful.

My room felt damp and had a noticeable humidity smell. Mold was present around the bathtub. Breakfast did not meet expectations and I skipped it after the first day.
