a decent stay

breakfast buffet egg order large tub small room no conditioner stained towel

the breakfast buffet had a lot of options. i liked that i could order eggs cooked the way i like them. the room was very clean. the bathroom had a large tub. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

the room was small. there was no conditioner in the shower. the towels had stains on them.

care staff refreshing water amazing breakfast

the staff showed such care in helping us arrange tours i especially appreciated their attentiveness the pool became a favored spot with its refreshing water i found the breakfast amazing each morning the variety pleased me.

the hotel's spa was not relaxing the masseur used a phone during the session this detracted from the experience i expected more professionalism during the massage.

good selection great size attentive staff phone usage unprofessional behavior massage session

The breakfast was a good selection. The rooms were of a great size. Rooms were very clean. The staff were very attentive. The hotel is modern.

The masseur used her phone throughout the session. Her phone vibrated from time to time on the massage bed. This was not relaxing. Using a phone when customers are not fully clothed is unprofessional.

warm room tea facilities helpful staff free cycles

I really liked the large warm room. tea making facilities were useful, and the beds and pillows were good. i found the staff very nice and helpful. They provided free cycles. the cycles helped me go to the beautiful bird park. laundry service was cheap and efficient. thank you for a great stay!

free bicycles soothing sounds local dishes

the staff provided free bicycles. i used them every day to get to the market. my room had a river view and was very quiet (the river sounds were very soothing!). breakfast offered many local dishes.

the gym is quite small and has limited equipment.
