The breakfast buffet was decent with varied options. the staff's friendliness really stood out to me . They were helpful. the location is very convenient to the beach at 7 minutes and numerous restaurants are nearby.

I was surprised by the early closing of the bar. This made it difficult to relax in the evenings. i expected it to stay open later .

Lieu at reception was AMAZING!!! i literally love how friendly she was. She always put a smile on my face. she gave me great tips on local restaurants and sightseeing spots. she even booked everything for me. kenny the doorman always welcomed me with a bright smile and asked about my day. the resort was very spacious and clean with two different pools.

the rooftop pool and the gym were both closed.

some issues that disappointed me

friendly stafflarge depositpool closure

the breakfast had many options and the staff at breakfast were very friendly.

a really large deposit, almost equal to the cost of my whole stay, was requested at check in, and it was then taken twice because of a mistake they did. it then took more than three weeks for it to be returned to my bank account, which i think is a terrible experience.
