i loved this hotel so much! the staff was so sweet, always smiling and ready to help. the room had a balcony with a pool view. this was awesome. breakfast was super yummy, they had lots of choices!

the gym is a little small, but it works. the treadmill was out of service.

I found the staff very friendly. Lee Lee was especially cute and helpful. The pool was lovely. I enjoyed swimming in it. The hotel had a great vibe.

The hot water in the shower did not last long.

The staff was quite helpful. They gave recommendations for local spots. The breakfast offered a decent variety of choices. It included both Vietnamese and European options.

The room had some issues. I noticed mold on the walls of the bedroom. The room had a musty smell. I had to wipe the floor because it was gritty when I arrived.

the hotel staff was beautiful and very clean. breakfast was good. the night receptionist was so kind and lovely and remembered my preferences . all staff was great, rooms were very comfy and tidy.

our room located on the ground floor had humidity control problems. walls, shower and ceiling had mould. the air smelled unhealthy and was unpleasant for sleeping. there was high humidity.
