Okay stay, some issues

balcony view comfortable bed leaking coffee maker curtain buttons

My room had a balcony that offered a great view. I also found the bed to be very comfy. It ensured restful nights. The location is great, and the staff were helpful and professional.

Some things need attention. A coffee maker in my room leaked. The electronic curtain buttons did not work, frustrating at that price.

gotham balcony amazing view

the gotham balcony room was excellent. it was spacious and had a small outside space, i loved it. the location was very nice with amazing views from the top floor.

The elevator system was slow i noticed. Only two elevators serve multiple floors.

Lovely Stay with Nice Touches

heavenly beds lovely views selfie light in-room goodies

The beds were heavenly!!! As a constant traveler, I must say the bedding here is great. The views were lovely!!! I especially appreciated the thoughtful addition of a dedicated selfie light in the room. It made capturing the Manhattan night view behind me so easy! The selection of in-room goodies was great as well.

The only slight downside was the noise level. It was a bit challenging to sleep with music from the rooftop bar. I suggest bringing earplugs for a quieter night.

The food was AMAZING!!! Room service was quick, and the food arrived hot and fresh. The bar selection was also fantastic. I found some unexpected and delicious choices there, and the staff was attentive.

The room was very clean and pretty big! The balcony provided a gorgeous view of the city. The walls seemed soundproof. I barely heard any noise from outside, an amazing bonus. It felt very private.

i found the room service menu quite limited. there were not many options available for a late-night snack (after the bar closed). also, the soundproofing was not adequate. this made it difficult to fall asleep at times (even with earplugs).

Lovely Stay!

The room had a comfortable king bed. Le Labo products were a nice touch in the bathroom! The balcony offered amazing views of the Empire State Building. I not sketchy at all in the area. That was a huge plus for a solo traveler.

The elevators sometimes got overcrowded. This caused a slight delay when going up or down.

Mixed Experience with Maintenance Issues

broken rod plastic floors

I had issues . The electronic curtain buttons did not work. When I reported this to the front desk, someone came and broke the rod off, leaving it in the corner. The floors are plastic and have cracks. I felt the hotel management cared more about getting money than running a good hotel.
