strange odor smaller room

the hotel's location was great. it was very close to times square and other attractions.

the room was smaller than i expected for the price. there was also a strange odor in the bathroom that lingered throughout my stay, and no one addressed it despite me mentioning it to the front desk. i was really disappointed.

clean hotel comfortable beds dismissive staff bad room

The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

I found the front desk staff dismissive. They didn't seem interested in engaging with their customers, and this really bothered me. I ended up with a bad room because of the noise, it was frustrating!!! The manager didn't seem to want to do anything to address the issue.

I loved how clean the room was! The bed feels super comfortable. I appreciate the panoramic view to attractions. This hotel has access to the subway.

The room felt small. There wasn't enough space for hang clothes. I couldn't pay my bill the night before leaving, it was annoying. The staff wasn't interested in the guest experience.
