Acceptable Hotel Experience
attentive staff central location chlorine shrimp lacking knock
The staff was very kind. The location is central and the building is well-kept.
The room service was not correct. The shrimp tasted like chlorine. The waiter entered my room without knocking after collecting my table. This was embarrassing

The hotel provided complimentary car service within a specified radius. This was useful. Breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries. It was a good start to each day! I found the in-room safe easy to use. I got great service from the concierge, too.
The elevators sometimes had a short waiting period. It wasn't a major issue. But it was a slight inconvenience.

The staff promptly addressed requests. Their attention to detail was perfect! The concierge offered knowledgeable recommendations for local dining and activities. Their assistance greatly enhanced the experience, we loved this.

The available room configurations at The Pierre include either a King bed or two Twin beds; unfortunately, rooms with two queen beds are not offered. Can I store my luggage at the hotel after checking out while I explore the city?
