accessible locationfriendly staffeasy access
the location was great because several subway stations and bus stops were very close. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. being so close to broadway and times square made everything quite accessible.
i noticed the absence of a mini fridge in the room, a minor inconvenience.
