kind staff easy access main attractions warm welcome
i found the staff very kind. housekeeping and the concierge were perfect. i had a fantastic experience . the location allowed easy access to main attractions. everything i wanted to see was a short distance away. i felt very welcome .
the lobby is small. it felt more like a pass-through than a proper hotel lobby.

the superior room had a king bed. the room was spacious and elegant. really clean rooms are a plus. the comfort level was excellent with a high-quality bed.

the staff was warm. they were attentive to every detail. staff looked after us from arrival. the service was consistent and flawless making our stay very comfortable.

i found the in-room dining excellent. it was a real treat after long days out. the executive club is particularly worthwhile with excellent food. it had beverages and snacks with excellent service all through the day.

the hotel has a new lucid car service. this is an excellent addition . the hotel offers concierge services. the lounge was perfect for breakfast and lunch. it was also great for dinner.
i just left and i am already planning my return! the hotel gym had state-of-the-art equipment and plenty of space. breakfasts each morning featured fresh pastries and a great selection of fruit. cocktails in the bar tasted wonderful and the bartenders were very friendly
