I found the room to be spacious. The amenities included a microwave and a dishwasher, helpful. The communal areas offered a pool table and table tennis.. The staff were efficient.
The online check-in process did not save time. Long queues formed at reception. The app informed me I had to check out at reception. This was unnecessary. I consider the value to be poor.

the staff were friendly and efficient. communal areas featured bright decorations. i also saw a variety of board games, a pool table, and air hockey available.
the breakfast was not great. it was advertised as a great breakfast, but it did not live up to expectations.

relaxation havensweet bonus
The kitchen in the apartment was top notch, I could make my own meals. The bathroom became my relaxation haven each evening, it was so cool. Plus, the view included the concert arena, talk about a sweet bonus!
The lobby, while nice, sometimes had a bit of a wait during peak hours.
