a fair room for the price

airy room clean room helpful staff poor soundproofing loud fridge noisy room

the location felt so romantic. it was just outside the busy center but i walked easily to shops and restaurants. my room was light, airy, and very clean. staff were helpful and offered suggestions, it was very sweet.

the rooms are not sound proof at all. i heard every sound the neighbor made very loudly in the bedroom. the fridge made so much noise during the night. it was hard for a light sleeper like me.

friendly staff spacious room daily cleaning unpleasant smell uncomfortable pillows room transfer

i thought this hotel was pretty nice. the staff were friendly and helpful at all times, this i liked. my room was clean and spacious and had air con. the room was also cleaned daily and the bed made.

the pillows had a really unpleasant smell and weren't comfortable. it made sleeping a bit hard. i was also told the hotel was fully booked, so i couldn't move to a different room. i found this not so good.

totally awesome stay!

clean room canal location kitchenette amenity

the staff member at the front desk was wonderful, and when i got to my room, the loft, i was thrilled!!! the room was bright, clean, and well-decorated. it also had a nespresso machine, a kettle, a fridge, and lovely toiletries!!! the location on the canal is fantastic! the hotel offers nice bikes to explore the area which is awesome. the hotel itself is modern, sleek, and super comfortable. I enjoyed that. the room was comfortable and well-equipped. i especially loved having a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine!!!

the hotel sits right on the canal. you can easily access the town center for shopping and dining. it is conveniently located in a safe and quiet area too.

The staff were kind and helpful. They were eager to assist with anything i needed. they gave great tips for restaurants. the personnel were super professional and friendly too.

the hotel provides nice bikes for touring around. it is newly renovated and luxurious. there is also a water dispenser and an excellent coffee machine available to use!!!
