the room was clean and nicely decorated. i appreciated the secure car park being so close to the hotel. the location provided perfect access to the marina. the hotel's family and games room was a nice addition for entertainment.

I found all staff quite helpful indeed. I received a complimentary breakfast upon check-in. SUCH a nice perk. The restaurant food was delicious. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choice. The location near the beach added to the overall experience. I appreciated being so close to the water.
The room looked worn and dreary. It was not as clean as expected. I could not adjust the temperature. I found it cold in the room. The issues detracted from the otherwise positive experience.

the room had a nice view to the harbor. the staff kindly provided a second blanket upon our request because we prefer not to sleep under one together. the room had a coffee maker and kettle.
i booked a cinnamon on the ship's direction, but when it arrived i was disappointed and it was not what i requested. they told me the cinnamon was full. this was sad, the experience was not amazing.
