I experienced excellent service from the friendly front desk. The staff were professional. My room was very super clean and cozy with all necessities. The hotel facilities allowed easy relaxation.

The air conditioning in my room did not seem to cool the space effectively.

I found the rooms spacious and clean, which i appreciated a lot. breakfast was great, with a good variety of options. I liked that. the location worked well for my plans. the staff was very helpful. They answered every question i asked.

The rooms provided ample space and cleanliness. I appreciated the quiet environment , especially since i were here for work. The breakfast included good options. You can order eggs. Parking was conveniently available on the hotel premises.

I found the service at reception was a bit unfriendly. Some of them lacked a cute attitude. It was a small issue but affected the initial impression.

malfunctioning air conditioningunresolved issue

i found a couple of issues . the air conditioning did not function at all. despite reporting this to reception, it was not resolved, and no one came to inspect it. a fan was offered, yet the room remained at 30 degrees celsius even at night. the hotel was supposedly full, so a room change was impossible.
