malfunctioning usbstrange smells

The location was quite central, but I faced some issues in the room. The USB port in the room did not function, a small inconvenience. More bothersome were the strange smells present in the room. These issues detracted from what would have otherwise been a fine stay (I was really looking forward to charging my phone directly).

i stayed for my sister's birthday and valeria was really good. she really made it special. the stay was very comfortable. i do wish we stayed longer.

the room was too dark , there was a lot of noise coming from the walls. the air-conditioning was pointing directly at the bed so i couldn't keep it on during sleeping. the room stayed warm.

the location is convenient near trevi fountain and spanish steps. this makes many attractions easily accessible. many choices of restaurants are in the neighboring streets. accessing main sights is straightforward from this spot.

the rooms have a decent size. they are nicely decorated. they are also kept very clean and tidy. the mattress and pillows are comfortable providing a relaxing environment.

the restaurant clementino is excellent. i highly recommend a visit. the sweets selection at breakfast is especially good. the bread is high quality and tasty and the cheese selection is also very good.

i enjoyed my visit. the front desk staff provided a map with major tourist attractions. they also explained hotel amenities. reception staff were friendly and always helpful. the hotel is close to trevi fountain, about a 4 minute walk.

the lighting in the room was a bit dark, slightly difficult to find light switches.

The breakfast selection offered a diverse array of items to choose from. i tasted the rooftop bar's negroni cocktail. The bartender gianluca suggested "clementino" restaurant. the music created a vintage background, complementing the roman dishes.

the room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided. the beds felt really comfortable. the rooms were quiet. they sent a lovely pdf upon arrival showing hotel features. rose petals were included, alongside romantic music.

frederico and valeria at reception gave me tips on paths through the city center. they provided a helpful map to navigate the historical center. staff helped with taxi bookings and currency exchange locations. the manager, giacomo, arranged a rooftop surprise with rose petals.
