The front desk staff were so attentive! Ece helped book interesting tours with a guide. She also got tickets for galleries and museums. The Aqua di Parma shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were AMAZING!!!

i did notice some dust on walls. i think the room cleaning could improve. some stains are visible.
