i liked the hotel's private entry to the sea. the hotel provided free lifejackets. my family really enjoyed the free kayaking. the hotel staff arranged a tricycle contact available within five minutes.

i noticed the food quality. it was notably below expectations, disappointing. i also observed no pool bar service.

Excellent Stay!

The hotel arranged airport transfers. The trip lasted around 3.5 hours. The resort offers a bar, a restaurant, and options for both excursions and massages. The staff provided breakfast before my early morning departure. I enjoyed sardine and turtle watching during a personalized tour.

The Wi-Fi connection in my room was unfortunately weak.

unprofessional spa limited breakfast

I was a bit disappointed with the spa services. It felt unprofessional. the women were shouting at each other, and i only got my toe nails cut and painted on a park bench in the lobby. the resort charged 750php for a basic service and offered only a small discount when i complained, though i understand it wasn't the receptionist's fault. Still, it was poorly handled. also, the breakfast options were limited. Only 4 out of 7 listed items were available, with no yogurt alternatives.

Acceptable stay but some issues noted

mosquito infestation delayed breakfast

Mosquitoes plagued the room upon arrival. The door was ajar. The front desk offered only bug spray. Breakfast, slated for 7:00 am, was delayed until 7:30 am. The bathroom felt humid and hot due to its design connecting to the outside environment. The air conditioning made the bedroom too cold.
