substandard air conditioningpoor waiter service

The room's air conditioning was substandard. it barely produced cold air, despite engineering team adjustments. the cocktails also disappointed. Most tasted strongly of industrial alcohol. only the house punch proved palatable. i encountered consistently poor waiter service, perhaps due to my ethnicity, a problem i noted in other turkish hotels. This contrasted with the excellent bar service. the food lacked variety. Breakfast remained unchanged daily. lunch offered limited options, and dinner only slightly improved, failing to feature themed nights. the bbq restaurant offered limited choices with no wings, the steak was adequate. in the a la carte restaurant, the steak was paired unfavorably with lentils, while my dessert order was incorrect.

The air conditioning in the standard twin room never worked as it should, despite several reports. the engineering team attempted repairs, there was barely any cold air produced. waiter service was lacking. I felt ignored, possibly because i was the only guest of indian descent. breakfast remained unchanged daily, lunch offered minimal variety, and dinner only slightly improved. these shortcomings detracted from the overall experience. the hotel should implement themed nights to enhance variety. the speciality restaurant disappointed. It seemed focused on style over substance.
