lovely surprise

warm smile clean hotel central location

i was greeted with warm smiles at the car drop off. the hotel felt super clean and cozy. the location proved central , near the river.

i noticed the entrance gave off a parking garage vibe , even if the reception was actually on the 4th floor.

amazing breakfast helpful staff spare toilet roll strange housekeeping

the hotel boasts a rooftop bar that is sensational! breakfasts were amazing, and i found the staff to be very helpful. the location is great, it is right by the park and markets.

Housekeeping was strange. They don't give a spare toilet roll. We had to call for it twice. the hotel entrance looks like a parking garage and the reception is on the 4th floor.

attentive staff variety breakfast tight room uncomfortable bedding

The staff were very attentive and helpful. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast. There was a wide variety of options including cooked breakfast, continental food, and fresh fruits. (i had breakfast every day!)

the rooms felt a bit tight. the bedding was not as comfortable as i expected (it was too firm for my liking).

the staff assisted with transport from the airport and also helped plan sightseeing. the room was cleaned thoroughly each day. the breakfast buffet provided many fresh choices, a highlight!!!

the entrance resembled a parking garage, making the initial arrival slightly confusing.

downtown location modern facilities beautiful pool expensive buffet limited choice full price

The hotel had a downtown location. It was close to everything. The facilities was modern and clean. I found a beautiful pool deck.

The breakfast buffet was expensive. The choice was limited. Even of the things on the menu multiple things were not available. I still had to pay full price.
