The Loft and Penthouse Suites located on the top floor provide excellent views of the river, perfect for enjoying the water festival. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, but you can smoke on the balcony.

I couldn't find any images showing river views in the studios. Do the studio rooms indeed offer a river view?
