poor ventilation inflated rating
the location suited my needs. it provided convenient access to various points of interest.
The room lacked proper ventilation. Condensation was evident on the windows. this resulted in a damp environment. this request was inappropriate given the room's condition.

helpful team spacious room excellent location
ella and the team were really helpful i booked tours using them. the room was spacious and clean it had everything i needed. the location was excellent close to the lake and many shops.

The LOCATION was great. The helpful staff and especially Katherine assisted me so MUCH. The shower was hot, useful.

fantastic stay with really good service
helpful staff early check-in clean room air conditioning
the staff were very cute and helpful (especially ella). they allowed me to check in early. the air conditioning worked perfectly.
the rooftop bar is a lot smaller than it appears in the photos.

english speaking excellent bed perfect room temperature
the staff at the reception and sky bar spoke english well. they helped me borrow a knife to cut some fruit i bought. the bed quality was excellent and the room temperature was perfect. i was satisfied with the location, security and amenities.

small room damp room
The location was central. The staff seemed friendly.
The room I booked was way too small. There was just one chair, so one of us had to sit on the bed. The room felt damp. Condensation was visible.
