the staffs are always smiling. they were ready to assist in anyway they can. the atmosphere are warm and inviting. i would tell friends about this place.

the tv remote did not work. they did fix it when asked, but it stopped working again after two days. i had to keep asking for supplies in the room, i even had to stir my tea with my toothbrush.

Really good Service and Amenities!

The food was AMAZING!!! The chefs cooked excellent meals with various options available. I appreciated the self-serve bar next to the pool and the cocktails made by Devon. He gave a fabulous welcome. The hotel also offered a free hourly shuttle to the beach with sunbeds ready for Bel Jou guests.

the hotel gave such a friendly welcome. a fruit punch was served upon arrival. the staff are wonderful and ensure a comfortable stay. i had a ground floor room with sliding doors near one of the pools. i found the bed comfortable. blackout curtains were great and the shower was clean.

the food was curated for a european palate. i think they could add more local flavors and dishes to the menu. that said, the bbq night by the pool on thursdays was fantastic.

the hotel is inland with beautiful views of the caribbean. it operates an efficient shuttle to the beach. the hotel has beach beds on the beach. i found there were large sandy areas to walk to.

the shuttle to the beach was quite convenient. the hotel provided beach beds there. the cabana cafe offered freshly prepared lunch snacks for an extended period. the breakfast buffet was particularly good.

the lack of a mini bar was a surprise. i also noticed no water was available in the room, not even a complimentary bottle. coffee other than straight or decaf cost extra. there were no subsidies at that cost.
