Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

repaired sections outdated toilet

The room provided a good view of Yokohama.

I was annoyed that the bathtub had visibly repaired sections, and there was rust around the light fixture. The toilet seemed outdated given Japanese standards. Equipment looked old considering the price I paid.

Really good Stay in the Bay Area

direct access shopping center dining options convenient commute luggage scale

The hotel has direct access to a large shopping center. I found many dining options within the complex, convenient for meals. I appreciated the easy access to Minatomirai Station from the hotel. This feature was particularly useful during summer weather. i appreciated the inclusion of a scale at ground level. This allowed me to weigh my luggage before heading to the airport.

The hotel provided only two bottles of complimentary water upon arrival. Additional water bottles were not supplied . I needed to fetch water from a dispenser in another room. This detail was not clearly communicated at check-in.

The hotel is steps away from attractions like the Air Cabin and Big Wheel. There were many shops and events to explore in the area. The train station provides direct access to Shibuya Station.

Staff at check-in were polite. The hotel still offers bell service. They assisted with luggage delivery and explained the room features. They also stored my luggage until the airport bus arrived, a very useful facility.

Breakfast offered loads of choice. I especially liked the fresh juice and omelets made to order. I enjoyed the buffet a lot. There were other various great options.

the location was convenient it allowed easy exploration of the area. the room was spacious it had a nice view. the staff were helpful and courteous their service was efficient.

there were not enough clothes hangers in the cabinet only four. there were not enough drawers only two besides the bed. only two bottles of water were provided as welcome drinks.

waterfront view ferris wheel natural light repaired bathtub light fixture outdated toilet

the hotel offered a stellar view of the waterfront and the ferris wheel. i found it a wonderful way to wake up each day. the room had a pleasant design and layout, i also noted the natural light.

i was quite disappointed that the bathtub had visibly repaired parts. i also observed some rust around the light fixture. the toilet seemed outdated for japan standards.
