Wonderful Stay!

cruise access superb view

The location is good for cruise access. Chinatown is also near. Japanese breakfast is very good and had many choices. The staff gave excellent service. I thought the bay view was superb from my room. I also found the bed quite comfy.

The entrance was slippery and I fell. No one helped me. The room seemed small. I was also facing the neighbor's wall.

historic charm with modern convenience

i really appreciated the location. it was near chinatown, allowing me to easily explore different cuisines , and it was also close to waterfront parks. the view from my room overlooked the city and water. the staff was professional and helpful, providing good service throughout my stay.

the elevators were crowded , and i had to wait for a long time. this was a bit inconvenient when i was trying to get to and from my room.

wow, just wow!

attentive staff perfect location nostalgic charm

The staff were super attentive! the location is perfect. It's just a short walk to the water and chinatown. our room had such a nostalgic charm. It reminded me of a classic hotel from the '90s. the view from the 14th floor showed the port and yamashita park so vividly!

the elevators were a bit crowded! you might need to wait a little longer sometimes.

Very nice Bay Views and Really good Staff!

ocean view comfortable bed great location

Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was very clean and well-kept. The bed was comfortable for sleeping! The location was also fantastic. We could easily walk to Yamashita Park and Chinatown.

The hotel entrance was super slippery. I fell on my back upon arrival. No one helped or offered assistance. It was quite jarring.

The staff was friendly and efficient. our room on the 10th floor offered amazing views of the harbor. I enjoyed watching the ships sail in and out. breakfast each morning was a treat.. the buffet had a wide selection of both japanese and western dishes. the hotel's location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions and the waterfront is just steps away.

the elevator system could get a bit crowded during peak hours, occasionally requiring a short wait.

Satisfactory stay with minor issues

historic building nice view professional staff dated room impractical bathroom crowded elevators

The hotel's location is convenient near the harbor area. The historic building looks grand. My room had a good size and offered a nice view, I appreciated it. Luggage service to the room was available and fast.

The bathroom lacked space to put clothes down and was not very practical. Waiting for elevators took a considerable amount of TIME. This was due to how busy it was.
