Wonderful Stay!

The location is good for cruise access. Chinatown is also near. Japanese breakfast is very good and had many choices. The staff gave excellent service. I thought the bay view was superb from my room. I also found the bed quite comfy.

The entrance was slippery and I fell. No one helped me. The room seemed small. I was also facing the neighbor's wall.

The staff were super great! the location is perfect. It's just a short walk to the water and chinatown. our room had such a nostalgic charm. It reminded me of a classic hotel from the '90s. the view from the 14th floor showed the port and yamashita park so vividly!

you might need to wait a little longer sometimes.

Very nice Bay Views and Really good Staff!

Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was very clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable for sleeping! The location was also fantastic. We could easily walk to Yamashita Park and Chinatown.

The hotel entrance was super slippery. I fell on my back upon arrival. No one helped or offered assistance. It was quite jarring.

The hotel's location is convenient near the harbor area. The historic building looks grand. My room had a good size and offered a nice view, I appreciated it. Luggage service to the room was available and fast.

The bathroom lacked space to put clothes down and was not very practical. This was due to how busy it was.
