amazing suite, beautiful sea view!

This hotel had direct beach access plus nature all around! the rooms are a sizeable size plus well equipped, i had a very comfortable bed. there are multiple swimming pools. Each provided ample room. the maintained environment instantly creates a relaxing holiday feeling for visitors like myself.
I found the check-in was slow. I waited longer than expected.

The pools are big and clean. The general service is good! many restaurant options surround the hotel. there are multiple buildings in this complex situated in a safe hospitable resort.

the room was spacious with a big living room plus storage. i had a sea view from my junior suite. the suite was very clean with high ceilings. the size of the suite was way bigger than expected!

The breakfast buffet had a fabulous selection. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. The hotel provided direct access to the beach. It was very convenient. The multiple swimming pools were a real highlight. There was ample space for everyone.
The room was quite noisy at times. I could hear people walking and taking showers. The bathroom seemed small and lacked sufficient ventilation. The check-in process was slow. It took over 20 minutes.

the pools were big and clean, acceptable service overall.
The gym and spa were both closed for maintenance. It seemed odd. they were listed in the hotel description, though i don't think i was told they would be unavailable .

an ok stay, nothing special though

The breakfast was decent with many options available. It met my expectations.
The power kept going off in my room. I had to ask them to reset the switch multiple times. the plumbing noises were also very loud, i could hear everything from the floors above. It was quite disruptive. the hotel food menu wasn't really to my taste, i found it quite disappointing, honestly.
