The staff are always super friendly and helpful. It created a cute atmosphere. the apartment was very good with updated appliances and comfortable furniture. i found great value for money with all the amenities available. it allowed for a carefree experience.

the adult only pool area did not have enough parasols. it made finding shade difficult during peak hours. i hope they add more parasols soon.

The spacious suite features two bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. the modern kitchen includes a washing machine and a dryer, very convenient for longer stays. balconies offer wonderful views of the grounds. I enjoyed the fresh air.

The apartment was very spacious with a large living room, bedroom, and kitchen. All rooms had access to the outside (it reminded me of a villa). I appreciated the available parking on site. I also liked the access to the spa, located at the nearby hotelwith nice relaxation options. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

The water pressure in the shower was not as strong as I would have liked.

The hotel staff were consistently friendly and professional throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any requests or provide helpful information. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was clear. The reception desk staff were approachable.

i ABSOLUTELY loved the adult only pool area. it was gorgeous and peaceful. the loungers were REALLY comfy and new, a big PLUS. our apartment was cleaned everyday. the air-conditioning worked amazing too.

the shower pressure was almost non existent, and i reported it but NOTHING happened. there wasn't a shelf in the shower either for shampoo. also some tiles were broken. cleaning wasn't consistent. some days the cleaners just didn't show up at ALL.
