poor staff training small gym

the pool was fabulous, i suppose.

I thought the staff training was needed. nobody greeted me or asked how my stay was going. How rude. the gym was far too small. it was suitable for maybe 4 people.

some issues needing attention

unanswered phone inconsistent housekeeping

The staff didn't quite meet expectations. the phone often went unanswered, really frustrating when i needed something. housekeeping was inconsistent. My room wasn't cleaned properly a couple of times, and i found that quite disappointing. plus, certain areas felt understaffed, seem a bit empty.

the breakfast situation was a mess, to be honest. they were slow to refill items, and i saw some seriously questionable hygiene practices among the staff. it wasn't exactly the peaceful getaway i'd hoped for, and it definitely impacted my sleep on several mornings.

Romantic Escape by the Sea

excellent food friendly staff superb spa nice stay

I found an amazing new hotel, built right by the sea. The food and drinks were excellent and the staff remained friendly. The spa treatments proved superb and the rooms offered great comfort. I very much hope to return soon for another nice stay.

I found that the soap dispenser in the shower did not function, a slight inconvenience.

The hotel boasts a new space near lovely coves and the town. There is a good amount of parking available around the hotel, which I appreciated. The pool is beautiful. I found a nice location near the beach.

The gym is far too small. There is very limited space and equipment available. It feels suitable for only a few people at most. Breakfast had variety, but I considered the quality to be average.

nice gym friendly staff large pool

the hotel has a nice gym it is not very big but it includes everything someone might need i found the staff helpful and friendly the outdoor pool is large and very clean i used it daily.

i noticed the breakfast dining space is a bit small for such a big hotel there was a queue sometimes to find a space to have breakfast.
