adequate but underwhelming stay
impersonal staff noisy dining room
the hotel included a variety of food options in its buffets, catering to different tastes.
The staff seemed robotic and impersonal. I never felt welcomed or valued as a guest. my room had poor lighting and the bed was two singles pushed together, causing back and neck aches by the fourth night. the dining room was noisy and chaotic..

fantastic stay with good service!
well-organized facilities sufficient space friendly staff good range
i stayed in june and found the hotel had very well-organized facilities, always providing sufficient space ! the staff's friendliness and cute nature added to the cheerful atmosphere. i particularly enjoyed the good size of the rooms and the great range of food options available at the buffets. the convenience of a mini train running to and from the nearby beach was a nice bonus.

the pool areas included many sunbeds to relax on, and the availability of beach access through a mini train enhanced the convenience for beach lovers. additional pools provide options for both adults and children.

Our beautiful king room had a comfortable king-sized bed. The room offered ample space. the balcony offered a lovely view, and the daily cleaning service kept everything fresh and tidy. free water was provided in the room, a great touch.
