cheap pvc bath scratched wood flooring
the location met my needs because it was in the center.
i was pissed about the room. the shower was inside a cheap pvc bath and the wood flooring was scratched. they gave only one free water bottle and the tap water tasted strongly of chlorine. this felt cheap for what they charged.

a pleasant hotel stay

attentive staff superb breakfast noisy air-con tea bag
The breakfast was amazing. Eggs were cooked to order, and they had a huge selection of pastries! the staff were super attentive, everything was perfect. i also liked how close it was to everything. Getting to restaurants and ferries was a short walk.
The air conditioning in my room was super outdated. when i turned on the fan, it sounded like a jet engine. It made sleeping really difficult. also, there were only four tea bags in the room, and they wouldn't replace them without charging me. that was pretty annoying.

i appreciated the spacious common areas , providing ample space for meeting friends. the staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. dinner at the restaurant was a real treat , with really good service.

A Romantic Getaway

spacious rooms central location
The location is central. The rooms are spacious and provide a tranquil environment. I found the staff helpful and kind, always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It offered a delicious array of options.
The air conditioning system seemed quite old. When it was on, it produced a very loud noise. It was difficult to sleep well because of the constant noise.

My room included a comfortable bed and tasteful décor that immediately, such a tender gesture. The room featured a modern bathroom with high-quality toiletries. It was always super clean, thanks to the excellent housekeeping staff.

Breakfast was a good experience with a wide variety of options to choose from. Fresh pastries, fruits, and local delicacies were available daily. The dining area offered a serene view, and the staff provided attentive service, so romantic!!!

The location was acceptable, especially its proximity to the town center.
I found the lack of in-room water quite irritating. the limited bar selection was a letdown. There was no dry espumante available.

excellent staff great recommendations
the staff was excellent, going above and beyond to ensure i felt welcomed! cristiana was particularly helpful, answering all my questions and providing great recommendations! i would definitely recommend this place.
the hotel is very central. though the hot breakfasts were just various dishes kept warm!
