decent car parking parking options stained toilet seat slow drain

The car parking was decent. It was good there were parking options.

The room needed maintenance the toilet seat was badly stained. The sink basin drained slowly. It was not great.

The staff was good and the location was convenient.

The noise levels were unacceptable (especially at night), i found it VERY difficult to sleep well due to constant noise. It felt disturbing.

clean room spacious room convenient parking

Check-in was quick and easy. The room, a Double Room, was very clean and spacious. On-site parking provided extra convenience.

The street noise was a bit loud at times.

The restaurant's food was AMAZING!!! Breakfast included a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. Dinner offered several traditional English meals, and the pub also serves many local ales.

lovely stay near heathrow

lovely welcome helpful staff modern interior useful location

the welcome i received was lovely and the staff was so helpful. it's an old building with much history and a modern interior. the restaurant food was very nice and well priced too. the location is very useful for heathrow airport, it took just fifteen minutes to terminal three. it's a nice village and you don't feel like you're near the airport.

the outside seating was not very clean, the tables were full of empty glasses.

the staff members were friendly and provided quick service. check-in with sarah was speedy and helpful. they assisted with taxi bookings for an early departure too.

friendly staff quiet location

The building's character close to heathrow was lovely! staff were friendly and i found the food very tasty. parking was included. Such an added bonus. i appreciated the quiet location it was fabulous!

the room was just ok though the shower would only go lukewarm.
