fantastic sportel stay!
clean hotel large room relaxed vibe
The sportel is modern and clean. our room was large and perfect for our short stay (i loved the unique design!). the pool area was great, it had a relaxed vibe with an al fresco bar. i found the breakfast good for starting the day. It wasn't quite resort-level but still satisfying.
The walls felt a little thin. I could sometimes hear noises from the hallway.

our room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. we had modern amenities , made it comfortable. the bed was large and really comfortable ensuring great sleep.

slow replenishment loud yelling
the breakfast was pretty disappointing. the food was often not replenished quickly enough. i found myself waiting for items to be refilled. also, the noise from the tennis courts was a problem. it was really loud, especially in the evenings. during the last night, there was so much yelling it was hard to relax.

the bed in the room was big. the breakfast had a decent selection there. gym facilities offered high quality machines and cardio gear.
the hotel does not offer options to make international calls. i had to use alternative methods when my phone had issues.

Decent Facilities, but Some Issues Existed
poor soundproofing loud guests
The room suffered from terrible soundproofing. I heard everything from neighboring rooms and had difficulty sleeping. Loud guests, and the hotel offered another room instead of dealing with the noisy people. Stomping sounds above my room were also loud and quite distracting. I do not recommend this place for anyone.

The gym was spacious. it had all the necessary equipment. It was also clean. the king beds were very large and comfortable. I slept soundly. all the staff members were very friendly. They were also helpful.
