i found the staff not particularly friendly. they did not seem interested in me as a guest. the pool design is a bit strange. there are only a few seats with direct access to the water.

i loved how close the hotel was to the beach! it was only a short walk across the street. the swim up bar was also amazing. i could relax in the pool and still get a drink.
the check in process was slow! i had to wait a while before i got to my room.

The room was very spacious and clean. it had good amenities including a fridge, slippers, and beach towels. breakfast had a wide variety. Both asian and european options were available.
The staff were not very friendly or interested in guests. the pool area was oddly designed with limited seating directly by the water. Only six seats were available. i kept losing internet connection, and the shower often ran out of hot water.

Fantastic Hotel Near the Beach!

The hotel is very close to the beach. A short walk is all it takes! The rooms were spacious. I especially enjoyed the little plunge jacuzzi. I found the staff helpful and friendly. I didn't dine at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that.

breakfast included a very good selection of asian and european options. we also chose to have lunch and dinner in the hotel and it saved us money. the staff provided excellent service, specially sana, who helped us with our questions. i appreciated the clean and neat hotel with major facilities.
the pool is shallow and without shade. the gym had poor equipment.
