The hotel location was peaceful. the bedroom was lovely, and the breakfast was great. the beach is just across the road. i also enjoyed the olympic size pool and the onsen wellness experience. The room was clean and quiet. the staff was always helpful, too.

The hotel is across the road from the beach. This provided convenient access. the adjacent mexican restaurant was great. it was a short walk to other dining options and a 7-eleven. The area was superb.

The gym is one of the best i have ever seen.
I had requested early check-in, and the hotel responded positively. I arrived at 12:15 PM, but the room was not ready and would only be available at 2:00 PM. They showed no flexibility, and clear communication would have helped. none of the reception staff could communicate in english, made interactions frustrating.

I loved the friendly staff, they were all so happy! happy staff totally makes the experience good! the naam wellness treat was a real star, and the staff managed to accommodate our request after a small miscommunication. That was awesome! the hotel is pretty new, less than two years old, and everything is super pristine and quaint. it's definitely a spot to unwind for a holiday. breakfast spread is amazing with healthy options. the pools are amazing. The pictures are exactly what you get!
the adult 50-meter pool had some issues with noise! some days it was chaotic with children screaming and playing even though there's a separate children's pool. it wasn't always relaxing.
