worn out appliances improper shower

the location is good, close to jalan alor and bukit bintang.

The hotel is old, with worn out appliances. the shower did not work properly. It went from too hot to too cold suddenly.

water temperature linen stains

The shower alternated between cold and scalding hot. i reported the problem, but it was not resolved, forcing family members to share the master bedroom shower. It wasted time. cleanliness declined since my previous visit. There was dust on the desk and stains on the linens.

friendly staff awesome pool water temperature shower issue

Staff was super friendly and helpful, always ready to help. The facilities were excellent and the swimming pool was just awesome for laps.

The shower had issues with water temperature. Water went from cold to too hot real quick. This.

fine view friendly staff broken furniture damaged curtains

the breakfast had a Fine view, I loved that. Staff were friendly and helpful too. the apartment was well maintained and spacious. it had a fully equipped kitchen.

the hotel refused a late check-out for me, i find it disappointing. i think the furniture was broken. the air CONDITIONING wasn't cooling properly. the curtains were damaged too.
