fantastic suite experience
upgraded room short walk washing machine
i was charmed by the upgraded room upon arrival it was a very nice gesture. the hotel is conveniently located near the petronas towers a short walk made it easy to explore. my room was spacious it was like an apartment complete with a living room kitchen and two bathrooms i also appreciated the washing machine.
the air conditioning in my room was noisy it turned off unexpectedly during the night. this made sleeping difficult and interrupted my rest. i hope they address this issue as a quiet room is essential.

the suite had large windows with city views the natural light filled the space and created a bright atmosphere. a separate seating area included a sofa and chairs perfect. there were two televisions one in the living room and another in the bedroom.

the hotel is within walking distance of a major shopping mall suria klcc is easily accessible. several restaurants and cafes are located nearby offering a variety of dining options. transport links are good with taxis and public transport available close to the building.

friendly staff excellent housekeeping great view missing sockets not replenished utter garbage
I found the staff very friendly and hardworking throughout the stay. The hotel was always kept clean and well kept. The housekeeping was excellent. I loved the enormous pool with a great view.
There were no plug or USB sockets next to the bed , just a socket with the lamp. Some soft drinks were supplied in the fridge on arrival , but they were not replenished for subsequent nights. The breakfast was utter garbage. The options were limited and nothing tasted good.

The location was pretty good. I could walk to many places.
the check-in process felt disorganized, it took ages. my room smelled a bit musty when i arrived. plus, the breakfast was quite basic, nothing special at all.

spacious suite with great amenities
spacious suite included washer olympic pool
the suite was very spacious. i appreciated the inclusion of a washer and dryer (i was able to do laundry before my next trip). the olympic-sized infinity pool was a highlight, especially during sunset.
the breakfast options were somewhat limited.

the suite included modern decor and comfortable furniture. the bedrooms were designed to be very quiet, and closing the curtains made it dark even during the day. everything was super clean.

the front desk operates 24 hours a day. i found the staff to be very helpful and friendly . the engineering department responded quickly when i had a minor issue.
