I found the staff very helpful when I needed a knife. They cut fruits for me I bought in a market. The bed provided amazing comfort. This is important as I have back issues. Room cleaning happened daily and the hotel kept a clean environment overall.
I noticed some reflections on the glass wall by the pool during photos.

The room included a king bed and a distinct work area. It suited my needs perfectly. A rainfall shower was available, and it was quite spacious. The rooftop pool offered a clear view of the city skyline. I appreciated the free cocktail hour. Staff ensured all guests enjoyed the experience.
The gym was a bit small.

the air conditioning worked very well. i found i could move around the hotel without issues even though it was hot. my room was well-equipped with a super comfortable bed. toiletries including conditioner were available in the bathroom.

a perfect urban sanctuary

The staff provided kind service plus very helpful assistance was always available. i found a spacious room. It provided a tranquil atmosphere perfect for relaxation. many delicious restaurants located just outside the hotel offered a culinary adventure. the rooftop pool transported me to a dreamlike state, offering amazing views.
the wash basin being outside the shower room caused inconvenience during nighttime routines because of light exposure from the bathroom illuminating the bedroom through the glass panel.

My room had an excellent size . It was thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. the room included nice decor and provided a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration and activities.

the breakfast selection lacked choices. the food served were not high quality for a hotel of this supposed standard. the duvet cover had obvious stains, and i observed same on the bedsheet. wifi reception was unreliable and the connection poor at times.
