musty odor single soap type

the hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center. it was useful for accessing shops and restaurants nearby.

my room had a noticeable issue. the carpet in the corridor smelled quite bad and the room itself had a slight musty odor. also, the soap provided was a single type for hair, face, and body (it reminded me of a budget hotel).

Excellent Hotel Stay

convenient bridge link wide variety attentive room service

I appreciated the convenient bridge link to the adjacent mall (it made shopping very easy). the breakfast had a wide variety with spacious seating. the room service staff were attentive. They delivered a towel and changed the bedsheet when needed.

My room, a beautiful king room, was so spacious. the tv had many channels, a delight after a long day. the breakfast buffet offered a great selection. It was a true feast.

house cleaning was slow, and i had to request them. the shower would not drain properly while I was showering, a little inconvenience. the corridor carpet had a strange smell.

shopping mall mrt station big pool coffee stain walkway lighting all-in-one shampoo

the hotel's proximity to the biggest shopping mall and the mrt station was convenient (easy access!). the pool was large. the kids club was a big plus, as it was very kid-friendly.

housekeeping was not up to par. i noticed coffee stains on the wall upon arrival. the all-in-one shampoo and body wash was not ideal for hair. lighting in the walkway on the 31st floor felt dim, even during the day.
