The billing system had problems. I found unnecessary food bills added that were within my package. restaurant staff lodged bills without notifying me (this was unexpected). there was also a double marking of my credit card for the accommodation payment.

i asked for my room to be cleaned at 11am i returned at 2pm and it was not yet cleaned. staff seemed inattentive to guest needs i observed many tourists spitting and coughing in common areas

The front desk arranged check-in at the club lounge. This let us relax with drinks and snacks right away. Club room staff remembered our drink preferences, a charmed personal touch. Breakfast featured an amazing selection. The rooftop pool was a great oasis.

I found the newness of the hotel very appealing. Everything was fresh and clean. my ihg membership received recognition upon check-in, i was given an upgrade. i noticed that the breakfast area, called merchants, had a nice design with ample space. the staff proved very friendly, they tried to improve my stay in every interaction (which i appreciated).

The coffee from the machines could use improvement. I felt it needed more flavourful coffee beans and frothy milk foam.
