full accommodation fee open bathroom
i found a couple of issues . paying the full accommodation fee upon arrival felt strange. also, some staff seemed unable to make decisions independently. while friendly, their service lacked warmth, unlike other hotels i visited. the open bathroom in the bungalow presented some challenges.

remote location poor ventilation
The location is rather remote. the pickme app did not work there. transportation became an issue because of this. Taxis arranged by the hotel were overpriced. our room felt humid. the ventilation was poor, so nothing dried properly. i was not impressed.
