A Nice Stay

new condition rooftop pool restaurant staff

The hotel looked quite new. Everything was in good condition. The rooftop pool was amazing (it was my favorite part). The restaurant staff and food were excellent. I loved their care and honesty.

The air conditioning in the suite wasn't very effective in the bedroom. It was hard to sleep well unless I slept in the living area. The air conditioning units are probably too small for the beautiful room.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. I was in the beautiful room. the rooftop pool provided fine city views. i also enjoyed the coffee shop in the foyer area. It was very convenient. the staff greeted me with warm smiles

The hotel exterior looked unfinished. The absence of a dedicated bar was disappointing. There was no place to unwind with a proper drink in the evening. The bed also was not comfortable. I expected more for what I paid!

The staff was cute and always ready to assist. I especially appreciated the room service, prompt and delivered dishes with a personal touch. The views from the rooftop pool were amazing, especially at sunset!

The noise from the hallway could sometimes be a little disruptive. I could hear conversations and activity quite clearly from my room.

the staff displayed very nice hospitality and warmth. breakfast was substantial with many choices. when i needed a 7am start, the breakfast staff provided a breakfast hamper with sandwiches, fruit, and pastries for me. i really appreciated the staff's attention to detail.

the hotel doesn't have a liquor license.
