The hotel location is fine. The grounds are immaculate. I went on a tea plucking and tasting exercise. Krishnan was very knowledgeable. She guided us through the process of tea picking.

The dinner and breakfast food choices were bad. I noticed dried string hoppers and leftover food. Instant coffee was served for breakfast. Luxury hotels should serve brewed coffee. Water was charged at the table. I expected free water to be available.
