mixed feelings on this hotel

decent sizenarrow roadpoor communication

the pool was nice. it had a decent size and seemed clean enough.

the location was a problem. it was like middle of nowhere, too far from the beach to walk. the road to the hotel was also narrow and unpaved, i found it difficult to get around. the staff didn't explain much about the hotel during check in or payment.

The pool was lovely, and the pool table was a great addition. The food was really nice and prices were reasonable. Laundry service was available at reasonable prices too.

The road to the hotel is narrow and hilly. Organizing transport was not easy.

I appreciate the fine location. It felt wonderfully tucked away from the city. The overall vibe was exactly what I wanted. The retreat gave a true paradise feel, a nice escape.

I found a lack of customer service. Staff did not explain details about the hotel. I asked for cash payment. They added an extra day to the scooter rental and overcharged me.

the pool was very quiet and peaceful. Staff were helpful too. I saw lush green surroundings with a peaceful time away from busy streets. Breakfast was GREAT.

the absence of soundproofing meant i could hear every word from the neighbors.

Breakfast had a wide variety of options. I particularly enjoyed sri lankan dishes. They tasted freshly prepared. The restaurant provided Excellent service. Everyone was smiling and helpful.

the pool seemed clean. the staff do gifted us a jar of mango chutney, a nice gesture i suppose.

the restaurant, well, i can't say i recommend it. i ordered french fries, and they were soggy and inedible. waiting over 20 minutes for two drinks felt excessive.

The room was spacious and included a nice view of the pool. the pool area offered a relaxing space and clean water. I noticed it was well-kept. breakfast was substantial. The variety of options was satisfying.
