noise issue unreasonable management
The location was acceptable.
The Grand Apartment had a serious noise issue because it connected to another room. I could hear everything. The bathroom lacked ventilation and felt suffocating. The management refused any refund when I checked out early, which I considered outrageous.

I really liked the Library suite. It was very huge and quite comfortable. The internal courtyard pool seemed lovely. The staff was very attentive and I thought that the a la carte breakfast was scrumptious.
My room have no terrace. The bed stay on a wooden platform. Everyone wakes up when you go to the toilet during the night because its very loud. Claire, the GM not decisions capable.

i found the staff attentive.. they assisted with every request promptly. the bar featured a good selection of cocktails and spirits. the hotel restaurant included excellent food of sri lankan authenticity.
the stones around the pool were a little annoying to walk over. i think this part needs some improvements.

Really good Stay
beautiful boutique hotel comfortable bed
This boutique hotel has a good location. It is an easy walk to shops. The Loft Suite had a comfortable bed. The pool was clean and refreshing. I found the stones around the pool a little annoying.
Our room had no ventilation in the bathroom. The lights from outside made it hard to sleep in a dark room. The management did not refund the entire amount after we checked out early.
